Job summary

AMHI is seeking an Operations Manager (Telecom) in the Philippines to oversee end‑to‑end operational execution of telecom projects. You will lead the operations team, manage stakeholders, and ensure field activities align with client requirements and company objectives.

This role reports to the CEO/Owner/GM and focuses on performance monitoring and service delivery excellence. The candidate should have 5+ years of managerial experience in telecom, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of process

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s degree course.
• At least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a Telecommunications company.
• Strong background in telecom operations, field execution, and project coordination.
• Proven leadership ability in managing teams and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of process compliance, quality control, and operational governance.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Oversee daily field and operational activities to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and resources across all projects.
• Monitor operational performance and enforce adherence to schedules, targets, and standards.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and field concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Maintain consistency in service delivery and operational execution across all projects.
• Manage operational coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Develop operational plans and ensure proper scheduling of activities.
• Estimate and allocate manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
• Optimize operational costs and improve productivity through planning.
• Ensure readiness of resources before project implementation.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and interventions when needed.
• Prepare timely and accurate operational reports for management.
• Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements.
