Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an Operations & Maintenance leader to guide field teams, manage end-to-end telecommunications and construction projects, and design efficient workflows.

You will supervise multi-project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and champion the professional growth of your team through coaching and structured development programs. You will also develop SOPs that streamline operations and help the organization scale

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Solid knowledge of Telecommunications, O&M, Construction practices, and formal Project Management principles.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License for manual transmission vehicles and be willing to deploy across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field teams across multiple projects to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Manage stakeholder relations and secure permits with public and private offices.
• Address on-site issues promptly and escalate as needed.

We are seeking a driven Operations & Maintenance to lead field teams, manage end-to-end telecommunications and construction projects, and build efficient workflows.

You will oversee multi-project execution, handle stakeholder relations, ensure operational quality, and champion the professional growth of your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Field Leadership: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, supervising on-site field teams during activities to ensure peak productivity, quality, and strict safety standards.

• Stakeholder & Permitting Management: Engage with public and private offices to secure necessary permits, navigate local policies, and manage internal/external client expectations.

• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Address real-time project and team concerns, swiftly resolving on-site operational bottlenecks or escalating issues as needed.

• Reporting & Documentation: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates. Track project milestones, liquidate daily material usage, and present progress reports to Managers and Division Heads during WOR and MOR.

• Team Coaching & Mentoring: Train, coach, and motivate field teams. Collaborate with leadership to design career development programs for your subordinates.

• Process Optimization (SOPs): Develop comprehensive end-to-end Process Manuals (SOPs) for key operational tasks and collaborate across departments to streamline workflows.

• Compliance: Ensure full alignment with the Company Code of Conduct, safety rules, and internal policies.

Job Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience in a related technical field.

• Supervisory Background: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

• Industry Expertise: Solid working knowledge of Telecommunications, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Construction practices, and formal Project Management principles.

• Mobility & Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License for manual transmission vehicles (4-wheel) and be fully willing to deploy or relocate anywhere across the Philippines.
