Qualifications

• Experience in fiber installation, tower works, site rollout, or SLI projects is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of telecom tools, equipment, and field procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a small team of field technicians during daily operations.
• Monitor team performance, discipline, and productivity on-site.
• Ensure proper work distribution within the team.
• Assist technicians in installation, testing, maintenance, and field activities.
• Verify completeness of work before turnover or reporting to higher supervisors.
• Submit daily field activity reports and document site activities.
