SALARY RANGE: PHP 50,000 – PHP 60,000 (depending on experience)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational execution of telecom projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, quality, and timely delivery. The role leads the operations team, manages stakeholders, and ensures that all field activities are aligned with company objectives and client requirements. This position directly reports to the CEO and plays a key role in operational control, performance monitoring, and service delivery excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and supervise the entire operations team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Oversee daily field and operational activities to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Ensure proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and resources across all projects.
Monitor operational performance and enforce adherence to schedules, targets, and standards.
Resolve operational issues, delays, and field concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
Conduct regular quality checks on field implementation and operational outputs.
Identify non-compliance issues and enforce corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain consistency in service delivery and operational execution across all projects.
Manage operational coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Support alignment of client expectations with actual field execution and deliverables.
Develop operational plans and ensure proper scheduling of activities.
Estimate and allocate manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
Optimize operational costs and improve productivity through effective planning.
Ensure readiness of resources before project implementation.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of operational KPIs.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance interventions when necessary.
Ensure timely, complete, and accurate submission of operational reports to the CEO/Management.
Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements to management.
Identify gaps in operational processes and implement improvements.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and control.
Support management initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness and service quality.
Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO, Owner, or General Manager as needed.
