Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an Operations & Maintenance leader to guide field teams, manage end-to-end telecommunications and construction projects, and design efficient workflows.

You will supervise multi-project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure safety, quality, and compliance, and champion the professional growth of your team through coaching and structured development programs. You will also develop SOPs that streamline operations and help the organization scale

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Solid knowledge of Telecommunications, O&M, Construction practices, and formal Project Management principles.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License for manual transmission vehicles and be willing to deploy across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field teams across multiple projects to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Manage stakeholder relations and secure permits with public and private offices.
• Address on-site issues promptly and escalate as needed.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates and progress reports to management.
• Coach and mentor field teams and design career development programs.
• Develop SOPs and optimize end-to-end processes across departments.
• Ensure compliance with the Company Code of Conduct and safety rules.
