Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to lead field technicians in telecommunications installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance. You will supervise daily activities, assign work orders, monitor productivity, and ensure safety and client requirements are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of supervisory experience in field operations, travel to project areas, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in telecom/field operations.
• Knowledge of telecom installation, repair, restoration, or field operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage field personnel and work under pressure.
• Willing to conduct field visits and travel to assigned project areas.
• Willing to be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field technicians and assigned teams.
• Assign work orders, tickets, and service requests based on manpower and priorities.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, punctuality, and work completion.
• Ensure timely completion of installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance activities.
• Conduct site visits and field monitoring to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, QA, Dispatch, Logistics, and other departments regarding field concerns.
• Coach technicians to improve productivity and service quality.
• Report incidents and operational issues to management.
