Private Advertiser is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to lead field technicians in telecommunications installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance. You will supervise daily activities, assign work orders, monitor productivity, and ensure safety and client requirements are met.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of supervisory experience in field operations, travel to project areas, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Responsible for supervising and managing field technicians involved in telecommunications installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance activities. Ensures that daily operations, productivity, quality, safety, and client requirements are consistently met.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field technicians and assigned teams.
Assign work orders, tickets, and service requests based on manpower and operational priorities.
Monitor team productivity, attendance, punctuality, and work completion.
Ensure timely completion of installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance activities.
Conduct site visits and field monitoring to ensure proper work execution and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements.
Monitor the proper use, maintenance, and accountability of tools, equipment, vehicles, and company assets.
Review and validate work reports, accomplishment reports, photos, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with Operations, QA, Dispatch, Logistics, and other departments regarding field concerns.
Address operational issues and provide immediate corrective actions when necessary.
Coach and guide technicians to improve productivity, work quality, and customer service.
Report incidents, safety concerns, employee concerns, and operational issues to management.
Ensure compliance with project-specific requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Perform other duties related to telecommunications operations as may be assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in telecommunications, field operations, or technical services.
Knowledge of telecommunications installation, repair, restoration, or field operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage field personnel and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Willing to conduct field visits and travel to assigned project areas.
Willing to be assigned in San Mateo, Rizal
