Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in the Philippines invites a Change Manager to oversee the integrity, performance, and availability of telecom networks (RAN, Core, Transmission, IP). You will lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure adherence to ITIL standards and Ericsson policies.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, GNOC, MSIP, field ops and vendors; you will drive compliant change implementations, audit readiness, and post-change reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution; verification required.
• Experience in ITIL-aligned change management.
• Knowledge of network change processes and CAB operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAB and CCB meetings and approve network changes.
• Assess impact on service and KPI; mitigate rollout risks.
• Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and SOP alignment using ITSM tools.
• Provide post-change reports and support automation via Excel, Python, or BI tools.
• Coordinate with engineering, GNOC, MSIP, field ops and vendors.
