Job summary

Ericsson Noida, India is seeking a Technical Authority Expert — SRF SCM RAN to own software upgrades and configuration changes for the RAN (2G/3G/4G) within the operations organization. You will ensure SLA/WLA targets, mitigate outages and perform post upgrade verification.

You will coordinate with NOC, field engineering, RF and vendors, prepare upgrade plans, perform risk assessments and maintain change logs while ensuring safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and own software upgrades and configuration changes for RAN (2G/3G/4G).
• Ensure SLA/WLA targets are met and post-upgrade verification is performed.
• Coordinate with NOC, field engineering, RF and vendors to schedule upgrades with minimal service impact.
• Prepare upgrade/change plans, rollback procedures and risk assessments prior to execution.
• Monitor KPIs and perform troubleshooting for upgraded or affected LTE sites.
• Maintain change logs and documentation for all activities.
