Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila (Taguig) is seeking a Service Operations & Governance Manager to drive Service Management excellence across EB. You will lead Transitions, ICT Request, Asset & Configuration, Change and Problem teams to deliver measurable service improvements.

This role oversees the Manila Service Management Team, partners with internal and external stakeholders, and advances ITIL-based processes. Onsite day shift, competitive rewards, and a path for career growth are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Strong Service Management knowledge and ITIL framework familiarity.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and governance forums.
• Proven ability to drive continuous service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transitions, ICT request, asset/configuration, change and problem management.
• Lead Manila Service Management Team and governance with measurable outcomes.
• Produce reports and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Identify risks, monitor SLAs, and escalate issues as needed.
• Champion ITIL-based processes and audits for compliance.
