Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Change Manager to govern and improve IT Change Management across applications, infrastructure, and services. You will lead CAB discussions, coordinate approvals, and maintain the change calendar to minimize business disruption.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in IT/CHANGE roles, with banking or regulated industry experience considered an advantage. Onsite in Makati is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years in IT, ITSM, operations, PM, or governance roles.
• At least 5 years in Change/Release/Service Management or related areas.
• Experience facilitating CAB and governance reviews.
• Banking or highly regulated sector experience is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Change Requests.
• Review, assess, prioritize, approve, reject, or elevate changes by risk and business impact.
• Coordinate CAB and governance meetings; ensure proper approvals.
• Maintain enterprise change calendar and scheduling activities.
• Monitor performance metrics; conduct post-deployment reviews and improvements.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards on change activities.
• Maintain change management documentation and templates.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on processes and requirements.
• Support ITSM tool enhancements and governance activities.
