Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in the Philippines is seeking skilled professionals to support and manage critical enterprise systems in a 24×7 production environment. You will monitor, troubleshoot, deploy changes, and ensure high availability, performance, and SLA compliance across complex application stacks.

The role focuses on monitoring production systems, resolving issues with L1/L3 teams, and coordinating with IT/network groups to keep services up and running.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Webservices (SOAP, REST) and CMS for websites/ portals.
• Hands-on with React, NodeJS, GraphQL, and Advanced Java.
• Experience supporting application stacks on Red Hat OpenShift (Containerized).
• Proficient log analysis using Splunk/ELK (Kibana).
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production system performance and stability.
• Coordinate with L3/vendor teams to restore faults.
• Resolve day-to-day customer issues via trouble tickets.
• Coordinate with IT/network teams for operational issues.
• Respond to adhoc requests from various teams.
• Analyze logs, anticipate issues, and suggest alternatives.
• Deploy CRs on production environments ensuring smooth performance.
• Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem and Change management.
• Ensure SLA compliance for applications and tickets.
• Pursue continuous learning and certifications in new solution areas.
