MicroSourcing is building a dedicated Workforce Optimization team in the Philippines to drive data-driven resourcing decisions and optimize capacity. The Workforce Optimization Manager will forecast demand, guide budgeting, and ensure staffing aligns with service outcomes alongside senior business partners.

You will lead a skilled team, develop complex models, and implement AI-enabled planning frameworks to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in advanced workforce management and planning.
• Experience building forecast models for large, complex operations.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive resourcing decisions and strategy using workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Lead annual operating plan, manpower budgeting, and track performance against plan.
• Build and maintain workforce planning models for demand, capacity, skills, and location scenarios.
• Implement workforce planning tech and frameworks to optimize forecasting and decision-making.
• Develop dynamic operational demand forecasts to meet service standards.
• Identify and deliver workforce improvement opportunities with governance.
• Coach and lead the workforce management team and engage stakeholders.
