Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new team in the Philippines to support an AU consumer telco. The Workforce Capacity Planning Analyst will forecast, budget, and analyze performance across channels to align supply with demand within budgets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with demand forecasting and planning in large complex environments.
• People leadership experience - demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams.
• 5+ years of Advanced Workforce Management & Planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts to ensure resources meet service standards and optimize utilization.
• Maintain demand models and assumptions per contact type.
• Collaborate with Channels Leadership Team on forecast strategy.
• Coach stakeholders on workforce planning concepts.
• Analyze data, trends, and workload to improve forecasting processes.
• Partner with transformation and scheduling teams to mitigate risks.
