Fiber home is seeking an experienced Solar PV Construction Foreman to join our Cavite Calabarzon team. This full-time role oversees on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence for solar PV projects.

The Foreman will coordinate crews, manage resources, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety compliance across installations, contributing to our renewable energy mission in the region.

Qualifications

• Oversee on-site solar PV installation activities and safety compliance.
• Coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings daily.
• Inspect work and troubleshoot to resolve defects promptly.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors to optimise workflow.
• Train and mentor staff on safety procedures and technical requirements.
• Site inspections and housekeeping/waste management throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction teams during solar PV installation and testing.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed on site.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, and resources.
