Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support a portfolio of small-value enterprise and wholesale accounts within Telco Enterprise & Wholesale Sales. This developmental, individual-contributor role works closely with a senior Account Manager to learn the business and grow toward full ownership.

You will build client relationships, learn account planning, and assist with pipeline administration, with a clear path to taking on more responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales within enterprise/wholesale telco is preferred.
• Ability to support portfolio management and client relationships.
• Understanding of broadband connectivity or colocation services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of an assigned portfolio of small-value enterprise/wholesale accounts.
• Maintain and build client relationships, respond to routine queries and service requests.
• Develop knowledge of the client's broadband connectivity and colocation usage to support planning and opportunities.
• Execute established account plans and playbooks to support retention and satisfaction.
• Assist senior Account Managers with lead qualification and pipeline administration.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and account records in CRM systems.
• Support regular reporting on portfolio performance against revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Participate in account planning sessions and campaign execution as a supporting contributor.
• Ensure all activity complies with company policies and commercial guidelines.
