Job summary

UPTC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology and digital transformation projects for a China-based software and telecoms client. You will manage initiatives from initiation to delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure scope, timelines, budget and quality meet expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in IT project management, with experience in enterprise applications, telecoms, OSS/BSS or digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or business.
• 3–5 years IT project management experience.
• Experience with enterprise software or telecom projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC and project lifecycles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of IT projects.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines and resources.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Act as primary client and internal liaison for project.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates and reviews.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and timelines.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Translate business needs into project deliverables.
• Communicate progress to clients and leadership.
