Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced IT recruitment specialist to manage tech hiring in Metro Manila. The role requires hands-on experience recruiting for Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, ERP, Data, Cybersecurity, and other IT positions.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Foundit and other channels, screen candidates effectively, and coordinate with stakeholders to fill multiple technology requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience handling Technology / IT requirements.
• Experience sourcing candidates for IT roles such as Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, ERP, Data, Cybersecurity, or other IT positions.
• Familiar with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Foundit, and other recruitment channels.
• Strong candidate screening, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple technology requirements simultaneously.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
