Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an IT recruiter to support its staffing needs in a hybrid work environment in the Philippines.

The role covers sourcing, screening, and endorsing IT contract positions, and requires 1–3 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience. You will manage end-to-end recruitment projects, collaborate with clients and candidates, and aim to endorse at least six qualified candidates daily.

• Do end-to-end recruitment activities from accepting to closing recruitment projects

• At least 1-3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

• With experience handling IT Contractual Employment positions.

• Able to endorse at least 6 qualified candidates per day.

• Hybrid work set-up (1 day onsite/ 4 days WFH)

• Working Schedule: 9:30am to 6:30pm (Monday to Friday)
