Prime Manpower Resources Development, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior leader to guide software engineering and technology delivery across the organization.

The role requires deep people-management experience and a strong technical background in modern software stacks. The successful candidate will build and sustain high-performing teams, drive talent development, and ensure continuity of delivery through effective workforce planning and leadership development.

Formación

• 15+ years in software engineering, technology delivery, application operations or related leadership roles, including at least 7 years of people management.
• Proven experience managing managers, team leads, senior engineers and cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrable technical grounding in SQL, Python, AWS, software engineering and enterprise integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of software engineers, application specialists, technical leads and other technology professionals; establish clear ownership and performance expectations.
• Build a strong second line of leadership through coaching, delegation, succession planning and leadership development.
• Own workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, retention, performance management and resource continuity.
