Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in software development, architecture, and project management.
• Open to candidates from top-tier IT consulting firms, software houses, or technology enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical leadership: participate in design, code reviews, and solution architecture while writing code across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms.
• Direct lifecycle, stability, and scaling of core business delivery applications.
• Oversee development across web services, mobile frameworks (Flutter, native iOS/Android), desktop systems (Qt, C++), and enterprise backend APIs (Java, Python, C#).
• End-to-end delivery: manage cross-functional teams, roadmaps, and sprint execution.
• Drive modern engineering practices, CI/CD automation, and robust testing frameworks.
• Leverage IT consulting methods to structure complex requirements into actionable pipelines.
• Lead and mentor software engineering leads and project managers, fostering collaboration and a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate with executives and product heads, clearly communicating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
