You will lead and mentor a team of software developers and infrastructure personnel, guiding architecture, coding, and system design to deliver high-quality internal systems.

The role emphasizes aligning technology initiatives with business priorities and collaborating with senior leaders to drive reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software development with hands-on coding.
• Experience leading software development teams and projects.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior business leaders and stakeholders.
• Ability to design and guide system architecture and development standards.
• Experience with internally developed or custom-built applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Software Developers and Infrastructure personnel.
• Provide technical leadership across internally developed systems and applications.
• Remain actively involved in Software Development, coding, and system design when needed.
• Guide the team in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining internal systems.
• Ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business requirements and priorities.
• Provide direction on system architecture, development standards, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and communicate technical initiatives effectively.
• Mentor and develop members of the IT and Development team.
