Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recovery Analyst to join our Business Resilience & Recovery team in the Philippines. You will lead development, testing, and governance of disaster recovery plans, working with technology and business units to ensure readiness and regulatory alignment.

You will coordinate exercises, review plans for compliance, and act as a trusted advisor on recovery strategies while supporting incident response and continuous improvement across recovery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning methodologies, frameworks, and testing practices.
• Experience leading or coordinating enterprise-wide disaster recovery exercises and recovery planning initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on disaster recovery readiness, helping stakeholders understand and implement effective recovery strategies.
• Support organizational response and recovery efforts during business disruptions and disaster events.
• Monitor recovery testing schedules, track remediation activities, and drive continuous improvement across recovery capabilities.

• Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience facilitating executive-level recovery exercises and crisis simulations.
