Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Technical Resiliency Analyst to help shape the future of global commerce through robust risk management and resilient operations. You will support enterprise-level risk activities, ensure compliance, and contribute to business continuity programs across the organization.

Responsibilities include mapping end-to-end service processes, identifying single points of failure, and participating in disaster recovery planning and incident exercises to strengthen resiliency

Qualifications

• Skilled in problem solving; creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems; good business judgment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in development of enterprise-level risk management and operational compliance functions.
• Interpret guidelines/policies for second line of defense on Business Continuity Management items.
• Manage and assist with Global Business Resiliency Governance program implementation globally.
