Job summary

Consolidated Training Systems Inc.(CTSI) is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of our facilities in Tanza, Cavite. You will help maintain electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems while keeping work areas clean and organized.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role is full-time and based on-site in Tanza, with opportunities for learning and growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational or technical course related to maintenance.
• TESDA NC II certification is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general building maintenance.
• Willing to perform field and hands-on work.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of company facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Respond to minor maintenance requests and technical concerns.
• Support the Maintenance Team in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance supplies and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
