Overview

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues. Handle minor carpentry, painting, and other general repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls. Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and inspections. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or installations. Keep maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment in good working condition.
