Job summary

Consolidated Training Systems Inc.(CTSI) in Cavite/Tanza is seeking a full-time technician to assist in hands-on training, prepare and inspect training equipment, and ensure safety and readiness of all training gear.

The role involves basic maintenance and troubleshooting, equipment handling, and upkeep of training areas, with emphasis on safety and learning attitude. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 2-year Vocational/Technical course or related program.
• Fresh graduates of 4-year technical/engineering courses are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Willing to perform hands-on maintenance, equipment handling, and basic troubleshooting.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hands-on training activities and exercises.
• Prepare, set up, and inspect training equipment and materials.
• Ensure equipment is safe, functional, and training-ready.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
