Job summary

Cognizant in the Philippines seeks an experienced technical writer with 4–5 years in the field. You will interview SMEs independently, create documentation using Microsoft Word, Adobe RoboHelp and Confluence, and apply FP&A concepts to finance processes. Familiarity with ARIS, Process Manager or Org 62 is a plus.

Knowledge of Six Sigma/Kaizen is desirable. Onsite in Taguig (5 days/week) with potential night shifts (9 PM–5 AM Manila time).

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of technical writing experience.
• Knowledge of technical writing with at least two years usage of 2–3 tools (Word, RoboHelp, Confluence).
• Experience on variety of tools (ARIS, Process Manager, Org 62).
• Ability to interview SMEs independently and confidently.
• Good understanding of FP&A concepts and related business processes.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma/Kaizen (DMAIC) methodologies.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig, full-time (5x a week).
