- Writes and edits various technical documents, including manuals, deployment procedures, help guides, and FAQs.

Qualifications
- Has bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related fields.
- With 1-2 years of experience in Technical Writing or any related experience
- Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and managing technical documentation and content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Extensive experience in drafting and editing user manuals, guides, release notes, and other technical documents.
- Has ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to complement technical documentation.
