Job summary

A leading analytical firm in the Philippines is seeking a Data Analyst. You will produce high quality documentation, conduct data analyses, and support various departments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of experience in data analysis. This full-time role offers a compress work week, and the salary is negotiable.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining analytical reports, preferably in business or product analytic role.
• Must have 2-5 yrs. of experience in data analysis, reporting or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for producing high quality documentation for internal teams.
• Write user interface text or online help content.
• Conduct analyses to support decision making related to products and market trends.
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Produce high quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Create tutorials to help end users use a variety of applications.
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single sourcing opportunities.
• Create and maintain the information architecture.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision making process related to products parameters, market trends and operational efficiency.
• Interpret complex data sets and present findings concisely to assist management in strategic decision making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability by implementing and adhering to data governance best practices.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline data collection, analysis and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with various departments, including project management, marketing and finance to understand business requirements and provide analytical support
