The Technical Learning and Development (L&D) Sr. Instructor designs, develops, and delivers technical training programs that enhance workforce capability and support operational excellence. The role facilitates learning through classroom, computer-based, scenario-based, and on-the-job training, while collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals, industry standards, and emerging technologies. The position also evaluates training effectiveness and drives continuous improvement based on learner performance and business needs.
