Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training programs, including curriculum, training materials, assessments and exams to ensure enterprise readiness and consistent messaging across the organization.

You will train and coach participants, monitor progress through evaluations, maintain training documents, and explore new technologies and learning methodologies to improve outcomes while supporting TaskUs’ People

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in training or teaching roles.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to present and facilitate discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training programs.
• Develop curriculum, training, and exams for general courses.
• Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise needs.
• Monitor trainee progress and coordinate with managers.
• Maintain training documents and materials.
