Experience with technical platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, knowledge management systems or enterprise tools.
Proven success managing training initiatives with data-driven insights.
Familiarity with Java, .NET, Python, relational databases, or Couchbase; hands-on labs using containers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs for products, platforms, systems, and tools.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences.
Create and maintain technical learning content, including documentation, simulations, and hands-on labs.
