You'll create and maintain technical learning content, including documentation, simulations, hands‑on labs, digital learning modules, and knowledge resources. You'll evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and performance metrics while continuously improving programs to meet evolving business needs. Your work will help ensure our teams remain skilled, confident, and ready to support the future of technology.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Experience in technical training, learning enablement, instructional design, or a related field, with a track record of developing learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including technical support teams, new hires, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Experience working with technical platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, knowledge management systems, or enterprise tools, along with exposure to modern learning technologies and AI‑enabled training solutions.

• Demonstrated success managing training initiatives or projects, partnering with subject matter experts, and influencing stakeholders through data‑driven insights and effective communication.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, relational databases, or Couchbase, and experience creating hands‑on technical learning environments using containers or similar technologies.
