Qualifications

• Academic background or strong interest in life sciences, biotechnology, computer science, or engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research skills and ability to understand technical job descriptions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean search, or ATS tools is a plus.
• Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree (or in-progress) in a STEM field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source technical and scientific candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Review resumes with a focus on technical qualifications and relevant experience.
• Write and send compelling outreach messages to engage candidates.
• Assist in screening candidates for hard skills (e.g., software proficiency, lab experience, certifications).
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update status reports in the ATS.
• Support recruiters with job descriptions, interview coordination, and scheduling.

Job Summary
