Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist in Metro Manila to join our growing team. You will provide technical support for applications and systems, investigate issues, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with databases, and proficiency in SQL. You will monitor system performance, document incidents, and contribute to process improvements

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for applications, systems, and end users.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
Utilize SQL queries to analyze, validate, and extract data for issue resolution and reporting.
Monitor system performance and escalate critical incidents when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Development, and Infrastructure groups.
Document incidents, root cause analyses, and resolution procedures.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Assist in testing, implementation, and deployment activities as needed.
