- Ability to document issues, monitor their status, and escalate concerns when needed.
- Patient, organized, and able to explain technical steps clearly to clients.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including early morning shifts.
- Holds a valid driver's license and knows how to drive for field assignments (advantage).
- Experience in client support, PETC or PMVIC systems, or other software projects (advantage).
