Qualifications

• Willing to learn and support PETC operations and other company projects and systems.
• Knowledgeable in Windows troubleshooting, software installation, basic networking, and remote support.
• Able to assist clients through phone, chat, and remote access, and provide on-site support when needed.
• Ability to document issues, monitor their status, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Patient, organized, and able to explain technical steps clearly to clients.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including early morning shifts.
• Holds a valid driver's license and knows how to drive for field assignments (advantage).
• Experience in client support, PETC or PMVIC systems, or other software projects (advantage).
