Job summary

Network Solutions in Cebu City is seeking a sales-focused professional to field inbound calls, educate customers on their online presence, and promote our suite of digital services. You will consult on new products, resolve issues, and aim to meet customer-satisfaction and sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping small and medium businesses succeed.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and identify areas to help customers' online presence.
• Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.
• Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
• Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions or third-party steps as appropriate.
• Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.
• Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Apply solid sales skills to understand customer's needs and close all sales with integrity.
