Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring a Technical Support Representative to join our onsite team in Quezon City. The role involves assisting customers with technical concerns, troubleshooting software, hardware, and internet issues, and guiding customers with step-by-step technical support.

No prior BPO or call center experience is required; training starts Day 1, with opportunities for growth and paid training. This is a full-time onsite position located in Quezon City, Philippines.

Qualifications
