Job summary

Caldwell Communications in Quezon City is seeking a Technical Support Representative to support customers with technical and service concerns. This onsite role offers a monthly salary up to ₱26,000 with paid training from Day 1.

You'll troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and internet issues, provide clear guidance, document resolutions, and escalate complex concerns as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and shifting schedules are available.

Qualifications

• No prior BPO or call center experience required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting ability.
