Job summary

Negros Women For Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. is seeking an IT professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field to support our computing environment. You will manage Windows servers and desktops, set up remote access for users, and administer a 100+ node network including firewalls and printers.

Strong communication skills, flexibility in scheduling, and experience in hardware and peripherals support are essential; TESDA NC2 certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products, setting up remote access for users, and administering a 100+ node network including firewalls.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
• Ability to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
• Satisfactory verbal and written communications skills.
• Willingness to work on flexible schedules.
• Diploma related to information and communications technology.
• 1 year experience in technical support for computer hardware and peripherals.
• TESDA NC2 (Computer Hardware Servicing) Certification.
• Experience as computer technician.
