Job summary

• 1 year of experience in technical support for computer hardware and peripherals.
• TESDA NC2 (Computer Hardware Servicing) certification.
• Experience as computer technician.
• Knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products and setting up remote access.
• Ability to negotiate hardware/software service contracts with vendors.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Willingness to work on flexible schedules.
