Technical Support Representative (Linux)

Dumaguete , Philippines

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative with foundational Linux administration knowledge to provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in maintaining Linux-based environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the Linux command line, diagnosing system and network issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical concerns. Experience with Linux services, networking tools, and configuration file management is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of shell scripting (Bash) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools is an advantage.

The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
