Job summary

Telesys is hiring for a Technical Support Representative in Manila. No prior BPO or tech support experience required; you will receive paid training and hands-on coaching to learn troubleshooting and customer service skills.

You will handle device, software, connectivity, and account issues, documenting problems and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Responsibilities
