You will troubleshoot connectivity problems, guide customers through solutions, and ensure timely resolution of service disruptions in line with company standards. The role requires knowledge of Windows, Office, networking, and hardware, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any related IT course.
