• Relevant experience in a technical support or help desk role, preferably in a BPO or technology-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, common business applications, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
