Job summary

Cal4Care Phils., Inc. is seeking an On-site IT Support specialist in Quezon City with 1-3 years of experience or fresh graduates with similar experience. You will diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, Linux, and Mac OS while maintaining clear communication with clients via phone, email, or chat.

The role requires meticulous issue tracking, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions. On-site work location is in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support, desktop support, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer service skills and the ability to quickly understand and resolve technical issues.
• Creative thinking ability to approach technical challenges with innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
• At least 1 year of experience as IT Support/Technical/Specialist. Fresh graduate that have similar experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system, software, hardware, and technical issues
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat until they've solved a technical issue
• Manage several open issues at one time
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• Knowledgeable of MS Office Application.
