Job summary

The role requires a degree in Electronics/EE or IT, familiarity with Building Technology Systems including CCTV, PAVA, and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, and strong communication skills to manage client inquiries and service requests. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Licensed ECE/EE is a plus.
• 1 year of experience as Service/Technical Engineer or related field.
• Familiar with Building Technology System, CCTV, door access, PAVA, and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a professional relationship with clients and address their concerns.
• Provide technical support to customers and perform installation and configuration of hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware products; prepare daily/weekly repair reports.
• Possess background in preventive maintenance of FDAS and related security products.
