Job summary

Hikvision is seeking a technically skilled professional in Cebu City to manage all technical aspects of product distributions or projects. You will demo, service, maintain, and upgrade Hikvision products for customers, and train users on solutions.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in CS/electronics/telecommunications/Information Systems, fluent English, and at least 2 years in technical support with security products. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 2 years' experience in technical support, familiar with security products.
• Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness; work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical aspects during the distribution or projects of Hikvision products.
• Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers.
• Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed.
• Provide product and solution training for customers and users.
• Responsible for project management and project delivery.
